S.O.S containers are our incumbent suppliers here at the Chewton Glen Hotel & Spa. Nothing is too much trouble! Dwayne their delivery driver is a legend! Incredibly skilled lifter, managed to tuck a container under a gable and get it much closer than I thought possible to the wall, not a scratch on anything. Handy reversing with a trailer too.
Would I recommend Storage on Site, definitely.
Would I play Jenga against Dwayne.... No!

Excellent service from start to finish.

The containers we had delivered were absolutely immaculate — perfectly clean, in excellent condition and exactly what we needed. I was particularly impressed with how well presented they were on arrival.

Kim and her team have been fantastic throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, everything was well organised, and the delivery went very smoothly. Nothing was too much trouble, and the level of customer service has been first class.

It has been a pleasure dealing with such a professional, friendly and helpful company. I would have no hesitation in using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for containers and a reliable, high-quality service.

Thank you again to Kim and the whole team!

By far most expensive storage company used.

I cannot recommend this delivery service enough, specifically our driver, Mouse. We required a container delivery in an exceptionally challenging area with tight spatial constraints, low clearance, and overhead cables. Despite the difficult conditions and no guarantee of success, Mouse took on the job with a brilliant attitude. He maneuvered the container into place flawlessly. We joked that his precision was like a high-level game of Tetris. Truly exceptional driving skills and fantastic customer service

Our Charity Alfie's Arc was in desperate need for extra space and our SOS was answered by SOS.
Not only is it excellent value for money, quality units but all the staff are a pleasure to deal with.
Because of this company we can hold our Christmas Grotto and have extra storage for our community groups.
They have literally made it possible for us to provide community assistance and Joy to hundreds of families.
Thank you so much for our amazing containers and excellent customer service and after care.
I can only give 10/10 obviously they deserve a lot more..

Out of all the companies I contacted, SOS were by far the most helpful and have a great can do attitude. The man who did the site survey again had a 'we're here to help' type mentality, exploring positive delivery options. Our 10' container was delivered today by 'Mouse' who made a tricky lift-in look easy, clearly a talented chap. He also very adeptly dealt with a stroppy neighbour and knew the law/rules very well. The actual container appeared to be brand new and internally/externally was very smart. From my point of view SOS are a great company and it’s easy to see why their containers are all over the city. Highly recommended.

Well, what can I say. What a fantastic operator mouse is! This was by no means an easy drop and would have been well within some drivers “can’t be bothered so not doing it” attitudes. Mouse however approached it with full positivity right from the start. Looked at the requirements, put together a plan and executed it precisely. Even though there was very little margin for error in respect of space, mouse performed a safe and concise lift to get the unit bang on the location pads. Top class, no question.

Fantastic service, always turn up on time and nothing is ever too much trouble. Containers are always in great condition and Mouse especially goes the extra to make sure things are as they should be. Would highly recommend
