From meticulously prepping containers to navigating tight schedules, our team worked tirelessly to ensure the event was set for success.

With thousands of visitors expected daily, the event required precision planning, seamless logistics, and dependable infrastructure to create an unforgettable experience.

Containers Designed for the Motorcycle Live Experience
To align with Motorcycle Live’s high standards and sleek branding, our team prepared a bespoke fleet of containers:
- 4 side-opening containers painted in a striking black finish for optimal access and aesthetic appeal.
- 7 x 20ft containers and 4 x 10ft containers, all freshly painted black, ensuring a consistent and professional look throughout the event.
These containers provided essential storage and workspace solutions for the exhibitors, contributing to the smooth organisation of the show. Our attention to detail, from high-quality paint finishes to efficient layouts, reflected the same premium standards that Motorcycle Live embodies.
Overcoming Logistical Challenges with Precision
Smooth Delivery Against the Elements
To meet the tight event schedule, we dispatched our fleet of vehicles overnight on 10th November. By 6:30 AM the next day, all containers were on-site and ready to be positioned. Despite the early winter chill, our team tackled the added challenge of applying branded graphics to the containers. Freezing temperatures complicated the task, but thanks to our team’s persistence, the containers were event-ready in no time.
Effortless De-Rigging
Once Motorcycle Live came to a close, the SOS team swiftly transitioned into de-rig mode. Our rolling convoy of vehicles arrived overnight to collect the containers, ensuring an early start. By 2 PM, the de-rigging was complete, and the site was left clear and ready for its next use.
This seamless turnaround is a testament to our expertise in handling event logistics, even under tight deadlines and challenging conditions.
